Vertical video mistakes that kill watch time

Hashtags do not save a clip that starts with a black frame or a mouth mid-word.

Start on a face or a clear action. If the interesting part is at 0:12, that is where the short should begin. Mani Clips gives you several lengths so you can pick a start that already has energy.
