How to download and use Mani Clips
Six steps from installer to a posted short. The app does the cutting on your computer.

Step 1
Download the installer
Open the Download page and click Download Mani Clips. Save the .exe. It is a full setup file, about 433 MB, because the caption and video tools come packed in.

Step 2
Install on Windows
Double-click the setup file. You can install for yourself without admin in most cases. When it finishes, open Mani Clips from the desktop shortcut or the Start menu.

Step 3
Import a video
On Home, paste a YouTube link or drop a video from your computer. Each new YouTube link creates a new project so old clips do not mix in.

Step 4
Wait for shorts
Mani Clips builds 30, 45, and 60 second shorts. Each clip appears as soon as it is ready. You can preview while the rest are still rendering.

Step 5
Place captions
Open a short on the phone preview. Drag the caption block where you want it. Choose a style, then Apply. You can download that short even if other clips are still generating.

Step 6
Save and post
Download the finished file to your PC — by default it offers your Windows Downloads folder. Upload it to Shorts, Reels, or TikTok yourself.
